Geez, Scott. You don't get out much. You missed all the hoopla when the Cubs signed Fukudome?

The best news is when the opposing teams raze him about his name he doesn't understand.

Everybody regrets that we never got to hear Harry Caray try saying his name forwards or backwards.
 
Mike, I had absolutely NO CLUE that he was even on the Cubs. I hate baseball, I watched all of 5 minutes of the World Series the Sox were in. Beyond that the last Cub I was aware of was Ernie Banks.

I watch American football even less. I like English Premier League Football and Pro-Cycling.

When it comes to most sports I am clueless and uninterested.
 
Fukudome, pronounced fookoodohmeh, or hookoodohmeh. The Fu is halfway between an English "Who" and "Foo". If you know Spanish, pronounce the vowels in Spanish without stressing any syllable, and you come really close.
