FSS Radio Frequencies

Is there anyway to get FSS radio frequencies online? IE - I'm at Grants, and I want to know what the correct freq to get Albuquerque Radio would be.

Airnav doesn't seem to have this info, and I do not have an AFD here.

122.2 is common to all FSS facilities, anywhere, anyhow. IOW, when in doubt, try 122.2.

If I have a low alt enrout, I use that. If I need to contact FSS and don't have a clue, I start on 122.2 and then go 122.0 and go up by .05 till someone answers. As for a sheet of paper with ALL the numbers, I haven't a clue.
