Pre-takeoff checklist
I just got these back from Bose. Paid $175 for the "factory overhaul" from Bose last month. They have new earseals, new mic muf, new headpad, new cord, new yokes on both sides, new slider, etc. They also test all electronics as part of this overhaul. These are TSO'd and are certified repaired/inspected by Bose as part of the overhaul, I have the paperwork from Bose. Coiled cord. There are a few minor scuffs/scratches on the earcups, otherwise they look like new.
They have the U175 adapter for military aircraft...great if you fly warbirds or something with this type intercom/jacks.
Would also trade for a standard GA Bose Aviation X headset in good condition.
$500 shipped for just the headset & carrying case.
I also have the GA dual-plug adapter. The adapter is new, I paid $85. I'll sell both together for $500 shipped. I don't like using the adapter because the sound quality isn't as good, but other than that you have all of the benefits of the Bose headset...lightweight, great noise reduction, very comfortable, and this one is in good condition.
