Very clean, well maintained airplane. Flies very regularly.

All logs since new. All AD's CW, including crank inspection behind the main seal. Just out of annual at Landmark KFDK.

-Lyc 0-320 with Penn Yan 160 HP conversion

-New carb heat muff
-O/C every 25 hours

-Fuel burn 8-8.5 GPH cruise, uses maybe a qt between changes.

That's standard for the era. Here's a 182 panel from the same time:

Cessna and Piper didn't adopt the standard "6-pack" layout until '68 or '69 IIRC. Seems like Beech was first to adopt the modern layout though.

You learn something new every day. The thing that stood out most for me was the VOR/glideslopes are kinda thrown here and there...and the mag compass. Just a matter of adjusting your scan!
 
Looks like a nice airplane. Good luck recruiting a partner. I could use another myself.
