Where do they keep the stuff that is on the first panel or two of the paper charts, all those MOA altitudes/times, SUA stuff, MTRs, hi alt AFSS frequencies? And the legends of course.

I haven't found all of the things you are looking for but for MOAs and SUA here's how to find the details: From the map view tap and hold the area on the chart and a pop up window will show the altitudes, times, controlling agency, and frequencies.
