OBTW, the press isn't any better with trucks than they are with planes. They loaned him a "Windstar?" :rofl: I've never seen a minivan that could pull a trailer that big... I think they probably meant "Western Star."

There are an increasing number of these "mega-sleepers" on the road these days. As a company driver, I'll have to settle for what they'll give me. Luckily, they're pretty nice when you do your job well - I have the second-newest truck in a fleet of about 350, and they just "tricked" it with a generator unit that provides heat, A/C, charges the batteries, and keeps the engine warm, all without having to run it. 2-cyl, 7-hp mini diesel engine, 65-amp alternator, and a diesel-fired heater, plus a control unit in the bunk. It sure is nice to come back to a warm truck when it's cold outside!
