Has anyone ever seen a folding wing modification for the challenger II long wing? I bought a beautiful Challenger from it's builder 8 years ago. Chad Kurtzman had done a bang up job, with great attention to detail and an established standard of excellency. We took the wings off and put her in my new 28' enclosed trailer in August of 2011. She had 60+ hours and still does. I had plans to build a hanger which never fruited.
I don't want to take her out of the trailer and put her wings on because I know me. I'll end up flying her and tying her down in the sun, promising myself to taker wings off and put her back in the trailer, tomorrow.... Till the desert eats her. That will not do. I currently have er for sale for the same reason. If I could fold her wings and hanger her in the trailer I could keep her.
