FlyQ question. how to add arrivals to routing.

My FF is expiring in a day or 2. I downloaded the AOPA FlyQ, and I like it. The only problem I've noticed is that I can't add an arrival to my routing. For example, I'm usually given JRAMS3 when flying to KRYY in metro Atlanta. FlyQ has a way to access the JRAMS3 arrival plate, but I don't see how to add the points to the route. In FF, you simply put "JRAMS3" as one of the waypoints, and it pops up on the route. In FlyQ, it says it's an invalid waypoint. I looked at the FAQs and googled, but I can't seem to find an answer. Before I email their support, does anyone on here know how to do it?

called tech support. they are working on it, but for now you have to enter each individual waypoint of an arrival into the flight plan.

I had the same problem on the main screen (web version).
I found that if you SINGLE click, the waypoint is generated. Double click and it comes back with INVALID WAYPOINT
