West Kentucky Flyers (Est. 1993) based at KCEY in Murray, KY is expanding and will be adding new members and a second aircraft! The club currently owns a 1968 Cessna 172I, IFR certified with 500hrs SMOH and 4800TT. The plane has dual nav/com's, Garmin GNS 430W GPS, dual glideslope indicators, ADS-B IN and OUT (weather and traffic displayed on 430 and your iPad), bluetooth connectivity to GPS and backup AHRS, ADF, 4-place intercom with bluetooth option, newer paint and newer interior. We will also be purchasing a Cirrus SR-20 once the new shares have been sold. Initial buy in is $4,500. Monthly dues will be $155/month which covers hangar fees, insurance, and plane financing. Hourly rate is $60/hr wet for the 172 and approx $100/hr wet for the SR-20, both based on Hobbs. This is a bargain! Scheduling the plane is handled through aircraftclubs.com.
