Flight to Rocky Point, Mexico

I'm looking to fly down to Rocky Point next week and figured I'd look for some recommendations. I've read through most of the previous Mexico flight posts.

Are there any PIREPs on places to stay/stay away from while down there? The condos look like a pretty nice place to stay.

Chris, I stay at a friends house on the beach when i go down there. Never had any problems, but i dont know about hotels. I can get you a number for a private rental..House on the beach. Probably your best bet. The airport is a long cab ride from the downtown area, and the beach community. but unless you have a friend meet you at the airport with a car, its your only option.
When are you going?

I'm thinking about Sunday-Tues/Wednesday. I've been eyeing the Sonoran Sea condos. We were looking for the swim up bar.
