Meh.
It's a decent scaling of the basic Mustang lines, but... $130K if you want retractable gear, kinda slow, and a sound system to make it sound like it has a Merlin? Really? Different strokes and all that, but that makes me cringe. Overall, I'm not impressed. It's like a toy to me; a very expensive toy.
For that kind of money you could buy a really fine Super Swift with an IFR panel. Also aerobatic, and quite fast (the "super" version, anyway). An actual 40s classic, called the "poor man's Mustag" in its day; retractable taildragger, seats two and a little baggage, all-aluminum, not a bad traveling machine but definitely a great fun flyer, gorgeous design...and it sounds really cool, too.
Why, here's one with a freshly-rebuilt 360, CS prop, bubble canopy, sticks and IFR panel, for $85K...
