Final Approach
I made my first ConUS claim today. I decided to go up since the wind chain wasn't sticking straight out. I went to Wahoo first for some Xwind and NDB tracking practice- not really hard since I actually found a road to track along. I then went to Fremont (DR practice), then back to Millard for more NDB tracking practice (easy- the wind was at my back the whole way).
The crosswind was right at my limit. I had an instructor at Millville that took me up during a nor'easter for crosswind practice (and signoff) and I didn't want to lose what I learned that day.
