How do I find the report on this (I tried by location, date, reg#, model, accident severity, no joy)

The information you posted showed the Regis# of the accident aircraft immediately under "IDENTIFICATION" :confused: :)
Looks like photo is perhaps just illustrative of the type?
 
What are you looking for? N353 has a valid registration in Oregon. The crash you reference was n360. Are you looking for information on n353, which has not been involved in an accident, or n360's accident?

If you look at the top of the picture, it says "file photo." That's a clue in any article that that likely isn't the accident airplane.
