In section 19, is it still permissible to aggregate multiple visits to the same health professional for the same condition?
In 2011 I had GERD and saw my family doc multiple times. The GERD was difficult to control, and to be safe the GP ordered a esophagogstroduodenoscopy (wow that is a long word!). I have a copy of the report which states all parts (summarizing "parts") were normal, biopsy was taken which was normal. GP also ordered a Barium Swallow Study (to rule out hiatal hernia) which also was normal. I don't have a copy of the report for the swallow study. GERD finally came under control using otc omeprazole (coinciding with my life stress level coming back down to normal).
Do you forsee any problems with the above from the FAA standpoint? Should I get a copy of the report for the swallow study before going to the AME?
Thanks in advance!!!!!!
