False Accusations

Yet another example where AOPA has failed to protect the GA community. They sure are good at spending $50M per year and making infinite promises. How I wish we had an organization that fought tooth and nail for us. Hopefully one day.

I'm guessing that they justified their actions by the use the modifier "such as" preceding examples of health care providers. That follows the title of the Section 19 to state ANY health care professionals.

With nit-pickers like this involved in aero-medical processing, it's no wonder that people who have the option to use Basic Med readily do so.

And some of those who do can't be examined by chiropractors in certain states, because they aren't considered physicians...

There's no lacking irony at AeroMed.
