Factory certified trainer for Columbia 400

I just purchased a 2007 Columbia 400 and my insurance company (AOPA) requires a factory certified trainer. They have sent me a couple of suggestions, but they are not close to me as both were in FL. I am in Louisville, KY if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks
 
There is a Cessna 400 factory certified instructor out of MQJ in Indianapolis which isn't too far. If you want I can try to get his contact info.
 
I know a CFII who is huge into Columbia training (not sure if he is factory certified) he is in Akron oh ... Pm me for contact info

Curious, what other options did they give you?
 
There are no other options it must be "factory certified training."

I found someone in KY and they "squeezed me in" over the weekend.
