FAA Airman data base

I'm looking for a pilot who lives locally. I know the town and the first name is Unique but I don't have a last name. Is there a way to search the data base for this pilot? I figure if I can at least narrow it down to my state I can just find the town and match up the first name and then I've found them. The FAA website is kind of difficult to navigate that way.

There is a duplicate on http://www.landings.com that is easier to deal with.

You can download it in a form that can be imported into access. That might be better.
