Exporting Aircraft Repairs

I saw this and categoriezed it as a hit piece. I'd guess any US aircraft that is worked on in a foreign facility has to have a sign-off by someone with a legit IA, A&P, or equivalent cert's who stands behind the work of the worker bees. Also, it ain't like US mechanics are perfect. They listed some examples, but another would be the L-1011 that was launched with missing oil plugs or seals on all three engines. It barely made it home...
