How much is built by Piper and how much did they build

Doesn't matter, Volmers are plans built, you'll get the credit.
 
That is registered as a Stan Jones Wagabond. The add is misleading as it is a copy of the PA20. There is really no way to put a factory built certified airplane into the experimental category except for testing a modification and that is just temporary. Don

I believe he means that if one buys a set of Champ wings that were once used on a certified plane and use them on a Volmer which is otherwise home-built, one gets credit towards the 51% build on everything except those wings.
