I have an Excel spreadsheet. One of the columns is "e-mail"

As I have filled this column, some of the e-mail addresses are clickable, so that if I click on them my email program opens.

Some of the email addresses are not. Is there a way I can highlight the column and make them all 'clickable?" Or highlight them and take that feature off?

Thanks,

Karl

I don't think there is a way to make them all clickable, because they are all different hyperlinks... However, you can turn them off by:

Copying them all together and do a "PASTE SPECIAL" in another column. Select "values" in the option window. That will remove the hyperlinks on them all and then just delete the old column...
