Pilot Makes Porn Tape Flying Over San Diego 02-06-2009 4:14 AM
(San Diego, CA) -- A La Jolla helicopter pilot for the stars is in trouble with the FAA. David Martz is being accused of making a porn tape while flying over San Diego. L.A. Police officials reported Martz flying "dangerously close" to one of their own helicopters as he flew with rock star Tommy Lee. That incident is also being investigated. The video was made with porn star Puma Swede as the 53-year-old Martz continued to fly the craft over the North County coast. The video was shot in 2007, and a "heavily edited" version came to light on TMZ.com which shows Swede topless on the Montgomery Field tarmac. The FAA has either suspended or revoked Martz's pilot's license previously for reckless flying or performing an aerobatic flight too low over a populated area.
