Email notification?

For some reason, I no longer get email notification for subscribed threads and PMs. I wonder if I did something to make it quit?

I tried tweaking my options off and on to see if that would fix it and it didn't work. Anyone else having that problem?

POA ended up in the Spamhaus black list for some reason. Jesse says it should be resolved soon.
