Still 155 systolic (Max, no quibbling, no debating) and 95 diastolic (Max, no quibbling, no debating). These limits are really too high, but due to the inordinate of "BP" appeals in the 70s, FAA raised the rational ones 5 points from 150/90 and posted notice that they would deny all appeals based on "white coat syndrome".

Treatment of pre-hypertension is at 125/80, but this is not an official FAA category and will NOT become one until the HMOs see the error of their denying ways. FAA follows medical practice, it does NOT lead.
