Domo.com, Business "Cloud" Service

Does anyone have any experience with Domo Business Cloud, https://www.domo.com/businesscloud?

I am considering subscribing to a service that uses that platform. The service is called SmartCycle, which is a set of tools for the auto recycling business.

I'm curious about stability, uptime, ease of use, and more. I don't want to get stuck when I need the service because the platform it's running on is having issues.
