Hey guys, between 2002 and 2007 I had taken Elavil, Neurontin, Valium, and Cymbalta as part of pain management for a herniated disk. Not all of these meds were taken for that entire period of time.
Additionally, I had taken meds specifically for depression during that time period but I honestly do not remember if it was Luvox or Prozac or something else.
Am up up the river with out a paddle for the 3rd class med certificate?
