Has anybody brought DC headsets directly to the factory in Worcester for repair? Or do they only accept repairs via package delivery?

Call em up and send em in. Quite a few years ago I sent them a couple of inherited h10-30s that needed some TLC and they made them brand spanking new for a ridiculously low price. They stand behind their products.
