DA-20 Incident/accident, last month?

I know it will take some time before all the facts are in and the FAA publishes its report, just wondering if anyone has any updates, post accident? Thankfully no one was seriously injured.

Preliminary report is in on this, “FUEL EXHAUSTION”! FAA inspector found 16oz of fuel and No Leaks. So sad.

I purchased this plane new in 2004 and flew her back from the factory in Canada. Sadly, I sold her the end of 2009. It wasn’t your typical DA-20, it was decked out with a Garmin 530, STEC 30 A/P and leather interior.

Looks to me like most of the details are out, ran out of fuel. Sad end to what was likely a very nice plane.
