Customer service rant

I just think it would be nice to have a discussion about customer service without arguing the macroeconomics of capitalism.
 
Corporations have figured out that the market will bear almost anything when it comes to necessities.
The idea is that competition will lower the cost of goods i.e. when a better or the same product can be offered at a lower price. It is then that customers tend move in that direction. When government manipulates currency, forces wage laws, and designs regulations prohibiting growth and limiting resources then they are picking winners and losers.

If everyone could just afford a politician:
