I just finished reading the Dayton (OH) Airshow website. If you fly in, there is a $25 fee, waived if you purchase fuel (On the bright side, at today's prices, that means you only have to purchase about 5 gallons). Then there is the Photo Tour ($50) with the Pit Pass Add-on ($25). A good deal for the serious airshow photographer. None of the riff-raff to deal with and potential opportunities for unobstructed shots. Kinda makes Oshkosh sound like real value. :))

It's nice they allow fly-ins. I went to the Dayton Airshow every summer as an undergrad- very worthwhile. It cost a few bucks back then (5 IIRC).
