Cost and labor time for AD77-13-21

Does anyone know the Labor time to comply with AD77-13-21 on a
PA-24-180. Does anyone know how much this repair would cost. Thank You.

Dan, the bungee inspection and new bungees runs about $1000 in most locales. It the side braces are runout (rare if they've been torqued correctly) itcan be quite a bit more.
