PIREP: Flew into N66 last week. Hertz will position a car here ($25 drop fee), if you are a Gold Member. Hertz Oneonta 607-433-8755. No Uber or Lyft. 24-hour self service fuel. No tie-downs, unless you bring your own and push back onto the grass. Light winds and a short stay for us, so we brought our own chocks. Airport is on top of the mountain (hill, for westerners). Closer to Cooperstown is K23, grass field. Could not confirm transportation there before our trip. Understand that a taxi service is available, but no Uber or Lyft.

How was the HOF?
 
Hamilton Municipal (KVGC) is also popular for visiting the HOF. Owners fly into our airport for summer meetings, and dignitaries also use the airport for HOF activities. Rental cars are available.
