The sad thing is it is possible to turn the customer care around. Ask me how I know.

I haven't seen a hint that Comcast even acknowleges there's a problem.

I sure wish that existed when I worked there. Comcast really is the worst place to work at, ever. And they have since implemented a new attendance policy that is even worse than the one we had when I worked there.

Sigh.
