Color in map with a members post

Trying to find what the colored map represents in a member post:confused:

True.

When I had mine, it was indeed states that I landed at whilst PIC. Moreover, I wouldn't land at an airport in a new state for no good reason just to claim it. I made sure I had a purpose for going there.

For example, when I was working in southern Georgia, I could have easily flown down to the Florida panhandle and landed just for grins and to claim the state. But I didn't. I made sure I had a darn good reason. I waited until I was out of beer and it was Sunday! (Most of Georgia doesn't sell beer on Sunday)
