Interesting article. I don't have a Citi account, but I know many here do. Have you received a letter from "S. Larson"?

Your calls might not be routed to a call center in India (actually, they might--I saw TONS of CitiBank offices in Bangalore!), but you're not going to reach the person who wrote you that letter, either--if they actually exist.
