I hope this is not a duplicate but I cannot see the previous thread:
Aircraft Make and Type: Aviat Eagle II (Christen Eagle II)
Year Model:First Flight August 2003
Airframe Hours: 169 total time
Engine Type and Hours: IO-360 (210hp) 169 hours since factory OH. Light weight starter and Alt. High performance Andair fuel pump. Christen Eagle inverted oil system.
Prop type and Hours: Hartzel 169 hours since purchase from factory.
Avionics and other equipment: Standard VFR instruments
Reason for sale: Owner suffered lifelong disability
Viewing Location: FAKR
Price: offers around R1m (est. USD 75k) no VAT applicable.
Other information: The aircraft suffered a minor ground loop without propstrike. Damage limited to Left lower wing, landing gear and tailwheel. All components replaced with factory new items or high performance products. No expense was spared in getting this aircraft into a better than new condition. She is now awaiting ATF and available for viewing at FAKR. This aircraft is a show stopper and a perfect intermediate aerobatic platform. Aircraft was built for Noel Otten by a German builder who did an absolutely magnificent job - GDO truly is the best of type available anywhere, it was a privilege being in a position to help get her into the condition she is in today. The paint job is a work of art - Kevin from Skyworx is a master craftsman and executed the exacting paint specification to the 'T'
