Chicago O'Hare ATC tower fire set intentionally

Someone is in massive amounts of trouble. Something like 1800 flights delayed from what I've heard so far.

Friend of mine telling me that some contractor type person was disgruntled and apparently tried to burn down the tower

It wasn't the tower that was on fire. It was the center (ARTCC).

Arson ,is this a trial run? Could be a disgruntled employee.
