Change of address during a deferred medical

Planning on moving, and due to costs, I'd prefer to move sooner then later. My medical was deferred and I am currently in the 60 day window to retrieve and send documents requested by the FAA (should have all the docs ready within the next ~10 days). I'm hoping for an issuance within the next 2-3 months, though I know it can take longer.

Is there any issue with changing my address during this whole process? The move is not for employment purposes, so I can stay in my current place for the next couple of months if needed. Would moving during the deferral cause any unnecessary trouble? Could I just call up the FAA and tell them I'm moving and give them my application number?

Any insight is appreciated!

A post office forwarding is your best bet. Who knows how long for them to actually incorporate a change of address at the FAA medical division, keeping in mind that change of address DOES NOT transfer to certifications, or registry, or anywhere else.
