GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (AP) - Aviation officials say the main passenger door fell off a twin-jet business plane as it was taking off from Grand Junction Regional Airport, but no one was hurt.

Not too much hospitable terrain around there either. They were lucky. I had to divert there once due to unforecasted weather at my desination airport and was happy to get on the ground at the airport!
