Just curious if there is a person or company that is the premiere 310 trainer?

Google searched it and came up with nothing.

I did my commercial multi with Ted in a 310 a few years back. I would highly recommend him - that said his schedule may be full and you may need to bring your own 310.

I'd be glad to discuss training options for you in a 310. While I'd never call myself the best, I do have about 2,000 hours in piston twins, 750 of which are in 310s. I've flown them from the pre-A 310 up to the R, and as my students can tell you I don't pencil whip or make things easy. You'll come away from training knowing the plane, its capabilities, and its systems.
