Basically, the concept is - look at how people align themselves regardless of what state, city, or town they live in - so someone from my town (Uxbridge) aligns with New York, whereas someone else (like me) aligns with Boston.
It's a part of a research and study project done by a friend, and as an act of shameless promotionalism, I'm passing it around.
No personal data (besides address, no names / phone numbers / tracking / etc), and it could prove to be a valueable tool for discussions of redistricting, how our american culture votes and aligns itself geographically, and how we all see each other (what groups we believe we belong to).
Check it out, or feel free to flame.
Cheers,
-Andrew
