Video show a full intact rotor blade assembly on the ground, far from the wreckage. CareFlight operates out of Grand Prairie (GPM) just a few miles NNW of Midlothian.

Just wondering if you are also going to stop flying.

With any activity there are risks. One has to decide if those risks are worth it and even though there are helicopter accidents they are still rare enough to not be alarming.
