Care and feeding on mechanics

Applies to anyone in the service industries.

Treat them well, and when you need their service, your treatment is recognized and you get an appropriate position in the queue.

Treat them better than the others, and you can get to the front of the queue.

Works for sysadmins and computer tech support too.

I've worked in IT for almost 20 years, and i ALWAYS remember who has been good to me, and who's been rectal itch. Especially when we have a web filter in place..

Great idea of course cash is always appreciated.

Never pizz off IT.

And IT should never pizz off HR or Facilities. ;)

I'm into my 35th year as an A&P mechanic. I never tire of food, liquor, or money as a reward for what I like doing most. I will never forget the Malibu owner that had a big barbecue at Fresno every summer for the maintenance and line crew on the field.
