Canadian ultralites

This aircraft is in Canada, no number ultra light as in part 103 down here.

Could a Canadian Pilot fly this to the US?

How would you import this to the US?

I'm not the ultra lite guy, but got asked the question.

If it complies with Part 103 requirements for an ultralight (which it should if it hasn't been modified), I doubt the FAA would care one way or the other. Nothing in Part 103 requires U.S. citizenship nor the possession of any class of pilot certificate or medical to fly an ultralight.

As for legally importing it for customs purposes, I have no idea.
