I do note that they list the Chicago style dog first on their menu. That would of course be a nod to the number one, original and best style of dog. I also note that on their menu not one dog comes with ketchup. It would seem these guys know what they are doing.

The have ketchup and mayo all over the dog and bun on dog #16 or so.
BTW, you know that "Never Put Ketchup on a Hot Dog" book? I had it on my Amazon wish list. The going price now is $300! I wonder if they sell it at the Vienna factory. Could be good business opportunity.
