How about a Valentine's Day Sunday Brunch at the Furnace Creek Inn the Sunday after Valentines Day? Bring the significant other.
We fly into L06 one of the lowest airports in the US alititude -210 MSL. We can get a free shuttle to the Inn for a brunch buffet (used to be $30). Or it's about a mile walk.
Food is great and the scenery is unique.

A couple of things about the airport
- Bring your own tiedown ropes. There are anchors with not ropes/chains.
- Gas is expensive and takes forever, you call the gas station down the street and they come to turn on the pumps, eventually so full up before hand.
