I found this way cool video on YouTube, it's a film shot at the Albatros-Flugzeugwerke during WWI, and I believe the airplanes being built are the Albatros D III fighter and the B II reconnaissance aircraft.
The craftmanship put into the planes is amazing. The fuselage bulkheads, the formed plywood skin, and the wings are all beautiful work.
