Damn! I was looking at that same field at the beginning of the video and glad to see he picked it. The first camera view made it look super super rough but the other angles show it a bit better. Glad everyone walked away!

Listen to the sound of the airflow change right around 1:13. Everything goes from smooth airflow to turbulent and noisy right as he banks to land. Aerodynamics is pretty cool stuff.
