2 piece wheel? Reminds me of servicing the jets. When I first started in line division, they just told us to stay fore or aft of the wheel when servicing. Then, all of a sudden, they got very strict about using wheel cages when servicing the tires. My guess was that somebody somewhere got taken out by an exploding wheel half.
They also made us turn in any low pressure goosenecks that had the same tooling as the high pressure adapters. I've seen those get swapped, not good!
