I think it's actually an Antonov, like in your picture. If you look closly at the side of the fuselage, there appears to be a stripe similar to the one on the picture you posted.

The picture was sent to me by a client at Estonia Railways. That's a Eurpopean style locomotive loading. Also there are no commercial operators of C-5's that I'm aware of.
