Read the Amazon reviews for much amusement.

By ACTUAL Fighter Pilot
Before you read a book about how to "Become a Fighter Pilot in 2011 and Beyond," you should probably make sure the author is ACTUALLY a fighter pilot, because in this particular instance, he is not. In fact, by the time this book went to print, this kid had never even stepped foot in a jet, let alone a fighter jet. This book is the equivalent of a virgin writing a book about how to become a pornstar. I was so inspired by his writing, that I think I'm going to write a book about how to become President of the United States.

The reviews are awesome (I am sure a much better read than the actual book).

Anyone read the reviews on Amazon? Hilarious!!

Word on the street is that the author is somewhere in the strike phase of Navy jet school in the T-45 fwiw. That said, he is certainly not a fighter pilot or even a winged aviator yet, so this is pretty amusing. I'm sure he will get a rash of crap for this......I heard it through the grapevine that his instructors are now aware of the book and who the author is. A+ for creative moneymaking ideas though :)

Wonder what his c/s is going to be...assuming he makes it through. I'd laugh my ass off if he got helos!

70 Bucks a copy! What'd he do, hand write each book?

70 Bucks a copy!...

That's almost as funny as the reviews!

Apparently there are at least four people who actually bought it, because that's the number of places selling USED copies, at prices ranging from $70 to $144!

Depending on what those copies were being used for, they might be missing some pages.

Yeah but it's worth it if it gets you the job. You can't put a price on flying fighters. :)

That is often a scam as I recall. I forget how it works...

It works when stupid people buy a $70 book that isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

The scammers list the book for more than the new price and buy it when you order. Yes. That actually works. Sometimes they send the real buyer's shipping info to the real seller.

I think they can arbitrage when the books are reasonably priced on Barnes and Noble.

I saw a book out of stock and $150 used on Amazon when B&N had it for the regular $29. Profit!
